Women’s Connection Group

Making connections and friends with other women can be challenging. Yet, having a supportive and safe space to share the challenges you are currently facing while knowing you are not alone, is deeply healing.

Members are required to be receiving weekly individual therapy with a therapist who is within or outside of our practice, to help support the goals you are working on.

  • When: Thursdays at 8:00 p.m.
  • Who: 18+
  • Where: Virtual – Telehealth
  • Fee: $35 / session

Insurance Accepted: Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Sliding Fee / Reduced Rate

If you are an adult woman who struggles with:

  • Critical thoughts and beliefs about yourself
  • Feeling not good enough or like you are failing or falling short in areas of your life.
  • Ruminating about past and worry about the future
  • Slowing down, making time for yourself, and being kind to yourself
  • Getting clear of what is important to your in your life and where you want to put your energy
  • Self-worth, Self-love, and Self-compassion
  • Feeling judged by others and being uncertain why
  • Stress management and feeling overwhelmed with all the things you need to do

In this group, we can help you to:

  • Connect with like-minded women in a safe and confidential space
  • Gain insights and tools for empowerment and self-discovery
  • Reduce your anxiety, worry, and fear
  • Identify unhelpful thought patterns that keep you “stuck”
  • Gain courage, control, and confidence
  • Develop research-based coping skills when your feeling overwhelmed
  • Increase your self-acceptance and self-compassion
  • Get clear on your values and what and who is most important to you.

Nina Gallivan, BS, CADC, PCGC

I’m a Clinical Therapist in Training at Health and Healing Therapy. Additionally, I have been providing counseling and treatment to teens and adults who struggle with substance abuse, problem gambling, and anxiety and depression for the past 14 years. I love working with people and am grateful for the opportunity to work alongside you as you navigate through difficulties in life.
