Group Therapy, Skills Groups, & Support Groups

Health and Healing Therapy provides supportive counseling, skills, and education groups to help people connect with others who are challenged and struggle with similar stressors.

Benefits of Connection & Shared Experience

When we connect with others who experience a common life challenge, we have the opportunity to share our feelings, beliefs, and difficulties with others who understand and may have similar challenges and pain.

We come together in group counseling to learn, grow, and change. By doing these things, our isolation can fade and a sense of supportive connectedness grows. Through group therapy, we can reach an understanding that we are not alone and that it’s okay to need others. The support of peers is an important aspect of group therapy which can help us through our difficult experiences.

Group therapy, and the social support it fosters, can be a highly effective treatment for participants dealing with a range of issues.
